When we say that our agency provides flexible price policy we mean that we make a detailed budget to meet every wish of our customers.
Budget includes cost of invited artists or shows and all expenses related to the services rendered by third parties and organizations, which are absolutely necessary to arrange your event.
Our agency’s fee depends on the total expenses and complexity of the arrangement:
the bigger and less complex the budget is, the less you pay to the agency. Our fee varies from 40% to 5%.
Thus, if your budget is
- up to $500 – agency’s fee is 40%
- up to $1,000 – agency’s fee is 30%
- up to $2,000 – agency’s fee is 25%
- up to $5,000 – agency’s fee is 20%
- up to $10,000 – agency’s fee is 15%
- up to $30,000 – agency’s fee is 10%
- up to $60,000 – agency’s fee is 8%
- up to $100,000 – agency’s fee is 5%
Providing these figures we imply that many different artists, bands and musicians are involved to arrange your event. Of course, if you need only one or two artists or an expensive band (more than $5000) then the agency’s fee will be lower.
In case of arranging tours out of Moscow the agency’s fee increases by 5%.
